Welcome to Ashley's Corner of Odds and Ends! This will be site of exactly that; Odds and Ends. I am ecstatic to finally launch this site! I've had this idea for in my head for a long time. I want this to be a place where people, like you, can visit to become inspired and believe that you CAN Do It Yourself. I want to share with you my thoughts, ideas, creations, and experience's with you. Please don't be afraid to ask questions and to participate. - What is your purpose?
I mostly want to show you how to make your own blog beautiful by using the Design option and how it works. I also want to show how to make your own spaces at home beautiful, too. So a couple times a month, I will post a decor idea, or show you how to make something to beautify your space. I really like make up as well, so every once in a while I will post a tutorial on some of my favorite looks.
For kicks and giggles, I will randomly do reviews for books I've read, movies I've seen, or maybe my $.02 on current issues.
- What can I do to participate?
Ever since I went to middle school, I always seemed to be the friend that my friends came to for advice. Here, I want you to ask me questions that you want some enlightenment on. I am extremely open minded, so, don't be afraid to ask! Just keep in mind that it will be posted for others to read (it's ok to be completely anonymous). I want this to be a comfortable and open environment; not a place to bully, "troll", or be hostile. This is a place where you can come to me and ask me anything. You can ask me for advice, my opinion, a question about me, you name it! As human beings, we are meant to trust and rely on each other; and I hope anyone can come here and feel that way - accepted and loved as who and what they are. You are welcome to ask questions about my religion as I have a button the sidebar that explains that I am Mormon. You will also notice on my sidebar that I have another button that links to another blog called PAWS Corner; which I want my readers to send me pictures of their adorable pets for show 'n tell, spotlights, or for a good laugh if it's funny! Or if you happen to come across a funny picture with a quote or something of that nature, to share with everybody so others can get their "fix", too. I will do a poll as well and ask random questions to see what you think.
