Some advanced design tips

I'm a do-it-my-self type of person. I don't like using recipes, or instructions on how to make something, or taking a class when I can just figure something out by trial and error, eye balling, or listening. Designing my blog would be one of those things. Sure I could do a class at SLCC to help learn how to speak computer and all that jazz, but, its more fun and fulfilling when I figure it out myself :) I am very pleased with the things I have figured out on my own, but, I'm not quite completely satisfied. There are a few more things I'd like to perfect (which is my OCD kicking in) which I am having a hard time figuring out on my own. In my efforts to trying to figure some things out, I stumbled upon this website, and I think it will help me do what I want to do. It goes into detail about the design aspect of the blog under the advanced section, and how the CSS works and ALL that fun stuff! Can't wait to play! I also found this site to do what I wanted with the comment section. I also FINALLY found out how to get the "You might also like:" blog section here! I am such a happy camper right now! Also if you don't yet know, here is where to go if you want a pretty signature after EVERY post, and photobucket is Bloggers best friend ;)

Purple and Red Decor

This was my room a year ago. I LOVE red and purple together! This worked out perfectly since purple is my husband's favorite color (Though I have NO clue why). Our room was gorgeous. If we had more money, I would have done more things in the room to make it all match, but, that didn't happen so nothing else matched! (Which is why it's a close up of the bed ;) )
